Replace your toothbrush every three or four months, or more often if the bristles are worn.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Apply lotion on your stomach. <\/strong>The expansion of the abdomen or hormonal changes that occur during this trimester can trigger itching in this area. To relieve this discomfort, you can apply lotion to your abdomen after every shower.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Start sleeping on your side. <\/strong>A growing belly can make sleeping uncomfortable. You&#039;ll have limited freedom, especially when lying on your back, let alone your stomach. <em>Now<\/em>In this condition, you are advised to sleep on your side. It&#039;s recommended to sleep on your left side, as this may improve blood circulation to the placenta and reduce swelling.<\/p>\n<p>To make it comfortable for you to sleep in this position, or for those of you who are not used to sleeping in this position, you can tuck a pillow behind your back, under your pelvis, or between your legs.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Let&#039;s do Kegel exercises. <\/strong>Pregnancy can make it difficult to control urine flow, causing it to drip when you laugh or cough. To combat this, you can do Kegel exercises. These exercises can also tighten your vaginal muscles, make sex more enjoyable, and prevent hemorrhoids.
