Recruitment Process
Apply
Candidates apply for available positions on the RSIA Puri Bunda career page by filling out the questionnaire and inputting the required documents.
Screening
Candidate CVs that have been received by the system will go through a screening stage as an initial recruitment selection.
Online Test
Candidates who have passed the screening stage will take an online test consisting of several sessions, namely reasoning, memory, accuracy, field-specific tests and DISC.
Interview 1
If the candidate passes the psychometric test, they will go through the first interview stage with the HR Generalist of RSIA Puri Bunda.
Offering
If the results of the medical check-up meet recruitment standards, the candidate then goes through the work contract stage.
Medical Check Up
Candidates who pass the interview stage 3 are recommended to undergo a medical check-up at RSIA Puri Bunda with costs borne independently by the candidate.
Interview 3
After passing the second interview, you will then proceed to the third interview session with the Director of RSIA Puri Bunda.
Interview 2
Candidates who pass will be recommended to take part in the next interview stage with the head of their respective fields.
Orientation
After the employment contract is agreed upon, the candidate is declared a new hire and is willing to take part in the RSIA Puri Bunda orientation process.
Placement
The selected candidates who have passed the recruitment process have officially become part of RSIA Puri Bunda
