3. Business Information from Service Providers: Service Providers will provide their profile information along with the healthcare services offered through the Platform. Service Providers will also provide their preferred payment method and billing address for payments related to the Services they provide. 2.Customer Personal Health Information
Customers' personal health information provided through the Platform and/or through the use of the Services, which is not publicly available, will not be shared, disclosed, or displayed to anyone other than the Customer themselves and the relevant Service Provider, whom the Customer chooses to consult, which will be used by the Service Provider to provide the Services to you. Your Service Provider will have access to your personal health information. Your Service Provider is allowed to update your personal health information by adding review notes, health targets, monitoring relevant feedback, as part of the Services you request. The Service Provider may terminate any Service provided to any Customer, at any time, in their sole discretion, and in such case, the Service Provider will no longer have access to the relevant Customer's personal health information after termination. Customers are allowed to share their personal health information with others at their own risk. [Sobat Bunda] is not responsible for the compliance of other parties, who will see and use the information disclosed by the Customer, with the privacy policy.
3.Payment Information
Our third-party payment providers will have access to your payment method and billing address details when you make or receive payments (as applicable) for our subscription plans. These third parties are bound by business contractual obligations regarding security and confidentiality. We are not responsible under Indonesian data protection law; we are obligated to ensure that your personal information is accurate and up-to-date.
